Our Mission and Values
N-PSY-T Psychological Services engages its clients in meaningful, transformative growth experiences. Using an Integrative Psychotherapy Model, Personal and Professional Coaching, Organizational Consultation and Psychological Assessment, our clients identify strengths, wants and needs while increasing self-awareness and the ability to actively and productively respond to their environments. The underlying intent of all the interventions utilized by N-PSYT Psychological Services is to support clients in their pursuit of personal and professional potential.
Guiding Principles
- N-PSY-T Psychological Services uses an Integrative Model for psychological interventions which is embedded in principals of Psychodynamic; Humanistic/Existential; Cognitive/Behavioral and Family Systems theory.
- N-PSY-T interventions focus on “introducing the client to him or herself” by incorporating evidenced-based practices and proven therapeutic principles to improve his/her level of insight, which establishes the foundation for growth and change.
- N-PSY-T uses a skills-building approach to assist clients with the acquisition, maintenance, retention and independent application of newly learned skills to successfully mental health, behavioral health and/or organizational issues.
- N-PSY-T fosters and encourages a system of mutual accountability to assess treatment, progress and effectiveness of interventions.
- N-PSY-T staff, not only advise and consult, but engage in an ongoing relationship with clients, as a confident and trusted adviser. The outcome of this dynamic relationship for clients is the ability to take advantage of their new skills, access new, as well as, expand existing opportunities and the construction of a more balanced approach to life.
