School Psychologist

  • Education Requirements: Master’s Degree with Certification in School Psychology
  • Duties: Consultation – Provide consultation support to Regular and Special Education Teaching Staff as well as Multidisciplinary Support Team; Support School staff by developing and implementing a Response to Intervention Protocol for Special Education students; Provide case-centered problem-solving consultation support for Special Education Coordinators; Complete classroom observations.
  • Duties: Testing Support – Support Special Education Coordinators with implementing Teacher-driven Re-Evaluation Model; Support Special Education Coordinators with completing Re- Evaluations; Complete academic assessments, as needed for Re-Evaluations; Complete initial evaluations.

Clinical Psychologist/Diagnostician

  • Education Requirements: Doctoral Degree – Clinical Psychology, Licensed Psychologist preferred; Licensed eligible Psychologist will be considered. Master’s Degree with relevant experience will also be considered for this position.
  • Duties: Primary liaison for School-Based Behavioral Support Program; Complete student observations as well as psychological testing and reports; Administer and Score all testing protocols; Attend feedback sessions; Complete Functional Behavioral Assessments; Provide staff and student consultations; Provide staff training; Assist staff with developing Behavior Intervention Plans.

Behavioral Consultant

  • Education Requirements: Education: Master’s Degree in Psychology or Behavioral Health field.
  • Duties: Multidisciplinary Support Team Consultation – Support and lead Grade level teams with documenting and implementing MDST Process; Support school with developing a tracking system for MDST process; Assist MDST liaison with developing and managing a progress monitoring; Assist Team with developing student-centered, classroom-based and school-wide behavior interventions.
  • Duties: Behavioral Support Consultation – Complete Functional Behavioral Assessments; Provide staff training and consultations; Provide student consultations and observations; Assist staff with developing Behavior Intervention Plans; Act as primary liaison for School-Based Behavioral Support Programs.

Special Education Consultant

Education Requirements: Master’s Degree in Education with Certification in Special Education, Additional Certification in English as a Second Language/English Language Learner Certification Preferred.

  • Duties: Special Education Consultant – Coordinate Penn Data process; Provide consultation support to Regular and Special Education Teaching Staff; Support staff with implementing accommodation strategies for Itinerant students; Support School staff with developing and implementing a Response to Intervention Protocol for Special Education students; Review Individual Education Plans; Provide case-centered problem-solving consultation support for Special Education Coordinators and Teachers; Complete classroom observations, as needed; Provide staff training; Provide IEP Case Management support; Provide organizational support to Special Education Coordinator; Provide Audit Support; Complete IEPs using State Forms and EasyIEPs system.
  • Duties: 504 Service Agreement Consultation Support – Support Special Education Coordinator with developing, implementing and monitoring a tracking system for 504 Student population; Assist Special Education Coordinator with developing 504 Agreements; Complete 504 Agreements, as needed.
  • Duties: Testing Support – Support Special Education Coordinators with implementing Teacher-driven Re-Evaluation Model; Train Special Education Coordinators to complete Re-Evaluations; Complete academic assessments; Complete Re-Evaluations, as needed.
  • Duties: Organizational Consultation – Coordinate Transition services: Horizon House and Office of Vocational Rehabilitation; Technical support for Educational Access Services; Develop and Implement a CSAP Model; Develop and Implement School-Wide Behavior Support Plans; Provide consultative services and supports; Provide program development support; Provide program evaluation support; Provide consultation for ELL Students.
